Diane’s Golf Academy is offers a variety of beginner, intermediate and competitive workshops. There are hourly lessons and also a 6 hour package of intense golf immersion.
Lesson topics will include:
- the 9 ball flights
- 13 critical positions in the golf swing
- pre-shot routine
- our conscious and subconscious thoughts to play better
- hitting balls (from covering the swing, chipping and putting)
Winter lessons are available at the Linx indoor simulator or North Swing.

Diane joined the CPGA in 1993 and then in 1999 joined the LPGA. Diane is a level 3 level certified LPGA certified instructor. Diane is constantly improving her skills through continuing education and LPGA training.
Diane’s believes golf is a game of angles and positions and when they are right you will be a better player. Her interest in teaching is not to create a dependency on the teacher but to foster independence by learning to become a self assured player by understanding the game and the golf swing. Her mission is to provide individualized programs that enhance the skill level of every student. This will be done by providing up to date accurate information and skills in a variety of representational systems.
Diane was a competitive player as a Junior and qualified for the Canadians at age 17. She was the first female professional for Northern Ontario and had to join the Men’s section to play competitive golf. She tied for second place in the Northern Ontario CPGA finals against 34 Male Professionals. Diane currently coaches Josh Fowler who won the World’s Junior Amateur Long Ball and David Tuck who is a CPGA professional.
